I started personal training with Tom 4 years ago, just before I was going to university. I never really had much confidence with going into a gym environment. I continued on and off when I'd come home to visit family, just trying to stay motivated…..whilst seeing Tom my confidence started to grow, so I decided to join a gym near my university in Plymouth and followed training plans that Tom had me for me specifically. When I compare the photos its great to see the results I have achieved and the weight I have lost. Tom has helped me understand that’s it not always the number on the scales that matters, but its how you feel mentally and physically with your training…..thank you for pushing me to my limits with all the burpees and planks!!!
